A. Amendment in Appendix 2E regarding change in Indian Chemical Council branch address for Certificate of Origin

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Public Notice No.41/2015-2020-DGFT dated March 16, 2021 has amended Appendix 2E (List of agencies to issue Certificate of Origin-Non Preferential) regarding change in Indian Chemical Council branch address for Certificate of Origin.

B. Enlistment under Appendix 2E- Agency Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential)

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Public Notice No. 42/2015-2020 dated March 17, 2021 has enlisted M/s The Plastic Export Promotion Council under Appendix 2E- as the agency authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential).

C. Implementation of MoU between India and Mozambique for import of pigeon peas from Mozambique.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Public Notice No. 44/2020-21 dated March 19, 2021 has extended the MoU between India and Mozambique for import of pigeon peas from Mozambique and lay down the procedures / modalities for complying with the aforesaid provisions under the MoU.

D. Amendment in Public Notice 25 Dated 13.10.2020
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Public Notice 43/2015-2020 dated March 17, 2021 has notified the last date for applying for Rebate of State Levies (RoSL) claim under a
scrip mechanism for shipping bills with Let Export Order (LEO) date before 01.10.2017 would be 31.12.2021.
