Clarification Inclusion of Ports of Import in continuation to Notification No. 20/2015-20 dated 24.08.2021. and Notification No. 23/2015-20 dated 03.09.2021.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Notification No. 32/2015-2020 dated September 25, 2021 has additionally included the ports of Ghojadanga LCS (INGJXB) and Kolkata (INCCU1) for allowing imports under Notification No. 20/2015-20 dated August 24, 2021.

B. Validity of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Notification No. 33/2015-2020 dated September 28, 2021 has extended the existing Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020 which is valid up to September 30, 2021 to March 31, 2022.

C. Amendment Validity of Hand Book of Procedures, 2015-20.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Public Notice No. 25/2015-2020-DGFT dated September 28, 2021 has extended the existing Hand Book of Procedures, 2015-20 up to March 31, 2022.

D. Extension of Date for Mandatory electronic filing of Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin (CoO) through the Common Digital Platform to October 31, 2021.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Trade Notice No. 19/2021-2022-DGFT dated October 01, 2021 has informed that the electronic platform for Certificate of Origin (CoO) (URL: https://coo.dgft.gov.in ) which was made live for issuing preferential certificates under different FTAs has now been expanded to facilitate electronic application for Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin as well. On the request of certain Chambers/Associations the existing system of manual/paper-based submission and processing of non-preferential CoO applications is being extended further and the online system is not being made mandatory. This option of submission and issuance of CoO (Non-Preferential) by the issuing agencies through their paper-based systems is to continue further up to October 31, 2021.
