  • DGS recently assisted GPX Global Systems Inc, USA to set up its second internet Data Centre in Mumbai to be designed, built, and operated to the highest U.S. and E.U. standards for environmental controls, security, power availability, infrastructure flexibility, physical security, and customer support. The Data Centre design accommodates equipment delivery and staging, access to telecommunications services and maintenance service. DGS assisted in all regulatory approvals including from Department Of Telecommunications and Department of Revenue in Maharashtra and other commercial aspects of setting up the second Data Centre. DGS had previously assisted GPX Global Inc, USA to set up its first Data Centre in Mumbai in the year 2012 under the OSP category of the Telecom Policy.

  • DGS recently assisted Havas Participations, France with the acquisition of the majority stake in Sorento Healthcare Communications Private Limited (“Sorento”), a leading Indian healthcare advertising agency for an undisclosed consideration. Consequent to this deal Sorento is now rebranded as Havas Life Sorento making it part of “Havas Health and You”. Havas Health and You is the consumer healthcare division of the group.
