A. Amendment in Policy condition of Si. No. 55 & 57, Chapter 10 Schedule-2, ITC(HS) Export Policy, 2018.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Notification No. 61/2015-2020 dated March 23, 2022 has amended the Notification No. 60/2015-20 dated 09.03.2022 to the extent that export of Rice (Basmati and Non-Basmati) to EU member states and other European Countries namely United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland only will require Certificate of Inspection from EIA/EIC. Export to remaining European countries (except United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland) will require Certificate of Inspection by Export Inspection Council / Export Inspection Agency for export from July 1, 2022.

B. Amendment in Export Policy and insertion of Policy Condition under Chapter 29 and 38 of ITC (HS), 2018.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Notification No. 62/2015-2020 dated March 23, 2022 has notified that the export policy of Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) has been revised from ‘Free’ to `Restricted’ category with immediate effect and export Authorisations would be issued based on NOC from MoEF&CC.

C. Amendment in Import policy of Urad [Beans of the SPP Vigna Mungo (L.) Hepper] (ITC(HS) 0713 31 10) and Tur/Pigeon Peas (Cajanus Cajan) (ITC(HS)
0713 60 00) under ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Notification No. 63/2015-2020 dated March 29, 2022 has notified that the “Free” Import Policy of Urad and Tur shall stand extended up to March 31, 2023.
