A. Inclusion of agencies in Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Public Notice No. 04/2015-2020 dated May 04, 2021 has included certain agencies in Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 in terms of Para 2.55 (d) of HBP 2015-20 with immediate effect. Additional Agency is notified as PSIA, additional instruments have been added for the existing PSIA and change in Head Office of existing PSIA has been notified.

B. Issuance of Export Authorisation for Restricted Items (Non-SCOMET) from new online Restricted Exports IT Module
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Trade Notice No. 03/2021-22 dated May 10, 2021 has introduced a new online module for filing of electronic, paperless applications for export authorizations with effect from May 17, 2021. All applicants seeking export authorization for restricted items may apply online by navigating to the DGFT website.

C. Extension of validity of Registration cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) beyond 31st March, 2021
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Trade Notice No. 04/2021-22 dated May 10, 2021 has decided that Regional Authorities (RAs) of DGFT will not insist on valid RCMC, in cases where the same has expired on or before March 31, 2021 from the applicants for any incentive/authorizations till September 30, 2021.

D. Amendment in import policy of Integrated Circuits (lCs) and incorporation of policycondition for HS Codes 85423100, 85423900, 85423200, 85429000, and 85423300, of Chapter 85 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule – I.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Notification No. 05/2015-2020 dated May 10, 2021 has amended the import policy of Integrated Circuits (lCs) and incorporation of policy
condition for HS Codes 85423100, 85423900, 85423200, 85429000, and 85423300, of Chapter 85 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule – I (Import Policy). Import policy of item listed above shall be subject to Chip Imports Monitoring System (CHIMS) with effect from August 01, 2021.
