A. Anti-Absorption Rules in respect of Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duty
The Directorate General of Trade Remedies has proposed to introduce the Anti-Absorption Rules in respect of Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duty pursuant to the Finance Act 2021 introducing Anti-Absorption provisions in respect of Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duty through amendments to sections 9 and 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. All stakeholders who may like to provide their comments are requested to do so, to the email ids: [email protected] and [email protected], latest by June 17, 2021.
