A. New Foreign Trade Policy (2021-26)-inviting suggestions/inputs.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) vide Trade Notice No. 09/2021-22 dated July 16, 2021 has invited suggestions/inputs from various stakeholders in order to prepare a new five-year Foreign Trade Policy. The Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020), was extended till September 30, 2021.

B. Temporary suspension of acceptance, processing and issuance of claims under MEIS, SEIS, ROSL, ROSCTL in the DGFT IT modules.
DGFT vide Trade Notice No. 08/2021-22-DGFT dated July 08, 2021 has informed the members of the Trade and Industry, that issuance of benefits/scrips under MEIS, SEIS, ROSL and ROSCTL Schemes would be on hold for a temporary period due to changes in the allocation procedure. During this period, no fresh applications would be allowed to be submitted at the online IT module of DGFT for these schemes and all submitted applications pending for issuance of scrips would also be on hold. Trade would be suitably informed, once issuance of scrips is opened again.

C. Para 2.96 (b) of Chapter-2 of Handbook of Procedures, 2015-2020 stands deleted, and revised format of ANF-2C is notified as a step towards reducing regulatory compliance burden.
DGFT vide Public Notice No. 12/2015-2020 dated July 12, 2021 has deleted para 2.96 (b) of Chapter-2 of Handbook of Procedures, 2015-2020 and revised format of ANF-2C and notified it as a step towards reducing regulatory compliance burden.

D. The revised formats of ANF-2H and ANF-2I of HBP, 2015-2020 are notified as a step towards reducing regulatory compliance burden.
