Trade Remedy Measures Update: Investigation Initiations

Directorate General of Trade Remedies, Ministry of Commerce and Industry has recently initiated the following trade remedy investigations.

  • February 7, 2020 – Initiation of Anti-Dumping Original Investigation concerning imports of “Self-adhesive Polyvinyl Chloride Film” originating in or exported from China PR.
  • February 7, 2020 – Initiation of Sunset Review investigation concerning imports of “Fluoroelastomers (FKM)” originating in or exported from China PR.
  • February 7, 2020 – Initiation of Sunset Review investigation concerning imports of “Caustic Soda” originating in or exported from China PR and Korea RP.
  • February 7, 2020 – Initiation of Sunset Review investigation concerning imports of “Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber” originating in or exported from Korea RP.
