A. Amendment of Para 4.14, Para 5.01(a) and Para 6.01(d)(ii) of FTP 2015-20
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Notification No. 66/2015-2020 dated April 01, 2022 has notified that exemption from Integrated Tax and Compensation Cess under Advance Authorization under Para 4.14 of FTP 2015 -20, exemption from Integrated Tax and Compensation Cess under EPCG scheme under Para 5.01 (a) of FTP 2015-20 and exemption
from Integrated Tax and Compensation Cess under EOU scheme under Para 6.01(d)(ii) of FTP 2015-20 has been extended up to June 30, 2022

B. Implementation of Track and Trace system for export of Pharmaceuticals and drug consignments along with maintaining the Parent-Child relationship in the levels of packaging and their movement in supply chain
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Public Notice No. 01/2015-2020 dated April 04, 2022 has extended the date for implementation of Track and Trace system for export of drug formulations with respect to maintaining the Parent-Child relationship in packaging levels and its uploading on Central Portal up to March 31, 2023 for both SSI and non-SSI manufactured drugs.

C. Re-operationalisation of Scrip Transfer Recording Module
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide Trade Notice No. 01/2022-2023 dated April 11, 2022 has notified that consequent to receiving certain information from exporters that certain fraudulent scrip transfers have taken place, the Online scrip transfer recording module was suspended. Thereafter, based on inputs/discussions with Department of Revenue and in the interest of trade facilitation it has now been decided to re-operationalise the IT module which was put in place through Trade Notice No. 42 dated January 11, 2019 and Trade Notice No. 03 dated April 03, 2019 with additional features/limitations.
