Gaurav Duggal is a law graduate from the University of Delhi and was admitted into the Bar in 1993. Gaurav has been Central Government Standing Counsel since (2004-2009). He has worked extensively in the field of arbitration and civil litigation with primary focus on suits for recovery, infringement and injunction of intellectual property rights, winding-up petitions and related criminal proceedings, possession, eviction of properties, repossession as in cases of hire purchase, specific performance, injunctions, service and labour laws appeals and writ petitions before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts and Debt Recovery Tribunal for leading domestic clientele.
Gaurav has rendered advice on issues relating to and arising out of company law, contract law, intellectual property rights law, anti-trust and competition law, industrial law and property law.
