” Vishal Shrivastava is an Associate at DGS Associates, specializing in international trade and investment law. At DGS Associates, his practice areas include international trade including export controls, customs, corporate advisory, among others.

He holds an LL.M. in International Trade and Investment Law from the World Trade Institute, University of Bern, Switzerland, and a B.B.A. LL.B. from Symbiosis International University, India. He is admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi.

He previously worked with Department of Promotion of Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, where he was part of the team negotiating Free Trade Agreements and Bilateral Investment Treaties with India’s bilateral partners – the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, among others.
