DGS Associates was established in 2004 and is situated in New Delhi, India with another office in Guwahati, Assam.
We are a full-service law firm having a multitude of international and domestic clients, including corporates, non-resident Indians and “high net worth individuals”. Each client is advised by a team of dedicated and experienced professionals under the supervision of a partner.
DGS is an independent law firm and has no exclusive relationship with any of the foreign law firms.
We engage with foreign law firms on transaction to transaction basis based on their skills, quality and expertise required in transaction in-hand.
Due to the growing Indian economy and increase in in-bound and out-bound transactions, we are always in need of partners to support us in foreign jurisdictions. Similarly, we have tie-ups with law firms across all major cities in India.
