Rakesh Sarmah is a law graduate from Bangalore University, has done his L.L.M. from King’s College London, U.K. and was admitted to the bar in 2007. He has worked in the field of domestic arbitration, civil and corporate litigation with primary focus on Arbitration Law, Company Law, Contract Law, Tax Law and commercial disputes before the High Courts, Company Law Board, Custom Excise Service Tax Appellate Tribunal for leading international and domestic clientele. He has also been involved in transactional and conveyancing work, including review and drafting of escrow agreements, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreement, license agreement, Memorandum and Articles of Association and other commercial documents. Anmol Jain is a Bachelor in Commerce and law from the Amity University and was admitted to the Bar in 2016. Anmol subsequently did his Masters in Law specialising in International Trade. Anmol has been associated with the firm since he was studying law. His experience pans wide range of trade remedy investigations, including Anti-Dumping, Anti-Subsidy, Countervailing and Safeguard investigations. Anmol has been involved in several investigations assisting with the preparation of the questionnaire responses, on-site verifications, public hearings and day to day interaction in the Directorate General Trade Remedies. Sarad Kumar Sunny is a law graduate from the Gujarat National Law University and was admitted to the Bar in 2012. He has worked extensively in civil and commercial litigation before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts and commercial Tribunals such as Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Authority (TDSAT), National Company Law Tribunal, Delhi (NCLT), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to name a few.
